Last week we became the proud owners of four Bantam Pekin chickens
So here the girls in order of Pekin pecking order...
Little Miss Splendid, Dottie, Sunshine and Calamity.
Unfortunately Calamity has been a little bit sick and I had to whisk her off to the vet. But with some little pills, warm nights inside and lots of love hopefully she is on her way to recovery!

Off to mum and dad's place in northern NSW on Wed where I hope to relax and recharge, oh yes and to go looking for a nice big block of fertile land were we can all eventually move!
